East Dorset Rugby Football Club gladly welcomes you to our website and indeed the club itself! We have had a thoroughly good season and are now looking forward to the challenges in Dorset & Wilts II having gained promotion this year. It was a big decision to leave Hampshire I, but we hope in years to come it will prove to have been a very positive decision. New players will always be welcome at EDRFC, so please come down and introduce yourself.

We are a small club, but our success is based on the welcoming atmosphere  at the club - where young and older players of all abilities are made welcome. There is plenty of opportunity for new players and members of the local community to come down and enjoy either playing for or supporting their local rugby team on saturday afternoons. The club enjoys a wide range of social events throughout the year. Training is on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7pm sharp until 9pm. We pride ourselves on being the friendliest club that a new player could hope to join and are seeing plenty of new faces already. One of the greatest strengths of this club is the enjoyable atmosphere at training.   Matches usually kick off at 2.30/3.00pm. We hope to welcome you down at the club.
